The Commonwealth Human Ecology Council has published its latest CHEC Points report. CHEC Points 50 has been authored by Michael Mutter and provides a detailed look at CHEC’s involvement with the Maasai Village Polytechnic. In doing so CHEC Points 50 discusses the use of Stabilised Soil Blocks (SBS) and how they can be used by local communities in local construction projects.
The report features plenty of excellent images and photos taken by Suzi Mutter and is also the first to be published in a new, interactive manner to coincide with CHEC’s recent switch to being a virtual organisation.
